preheat oven at 375
slice each chicken breast in half, trying to make as even portions as possible. pound out chicken breast halves to a quarter inch thick. (or as thin as you can) place a slice of pepper jack cheese and half a slice of bacon on top of smooshed chicken. roll up. after you roll them up wrap the outside of roll with a whole piece of bacon. place in greased baking dish and continue with the rest of the chicken rolls.
bake in oven for an hour. until browned and cooked through.
serve with mixed veggies or salad.
