Introduction

Southern cooking, chicken vegie soup Southern cooking, chicken vegie soup
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    2lb. of chicken
    2 chicken bullion cubes
    12 cups of water
    1tbsp. parsley
    1/2 tbsp. tyme or rosemary
    salt and pepper to taste
    small head of cabbage
    1/2 head of cauliflower
    1 summer squash
    1 yellow onion
    3 carrots
    4 med. stalks of celery

Directions

Put water, bullion cubes, spices and vegies (chopped to bite size pieces) in a large pot to boil, add chicken(chopped in bite size pieces) let simmer for 20-30 min. and all chicken is cook through. and serve. 1-cup serving.
