    frozen mixed vegs
    onion
    mushrooms, fresh or canned (optional)
    parsley
    bouillon
    turmeric
    saffron
    water

Tips

can also use rice


Directions

chop onion, slice mushrooms if using fresh or drain can. add all ingredients to rice cooker. turn on and cook just like rice. if no rice cooker, you can microwave following quinoa microwave directions.
