Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients

    Great Value Shredded Hashbrowns, 2 cup
    Sargento Artisan Blends, 50 tsp
    Cheddar Cheese, 2 cup, shredded
    Jimmy Dean Hearty Turkey Sausage Crumbles (1/2 c), 5 serving
    Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 5 large (remove)
    Egg White (Naturegg Simply Egg Whites) Per 1/4 cup (about 2 whites), 2 cup
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, sliced
    Milk, nonfat (skim milk), 2 cup
    Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Layer hashbrowns, sausage, onion and cheese in pie plate. In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, egg whites, milk, salt and pepper. Pour egg mixture over everything. Bake in oven @ 350 for 30-45 minutes or until knife in the middle comes out clean.

Serving Size: makes 8 servings in a 9.5 inch pie dish
