Ingredients

    turkey drippings
    salt
    chicken bouillon
    pepper
    paprika
    ginger
    nutmeg
    sage
    thyme
    rosemary
    bay leaf
    almond milk
    arrowroot
    water
    soy sauce
    worcestershire sauce

Tips

you make start the gravy without drippings and add them later (before milk and arrowroot) but let simmer a while. try to skim fat from drippings for lighter version


Directions

in medium saucepan, combine everything except arrowroot and milk. heat to boiling then reduce light and simmer. cook at least 1/2 hr to get seasonings blended. add milk and heat thru. mix arrowroot with water until just dissolved. add to pot and heat through. serve
