Introduction

This is more like a salad in a drink. Garlic is overwhelming but really good for you especially detoxing or getting over being sick. This is more like a salad in a drink. Garlic is overwhelming but really good for you especially detoxing or getting over being sick.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1/2 c romaine leaves
    6 medium baby carrots
    2 cloves of fresh garlic
    1/2 cup strawberries (frozen unsweetened)
    2 Tbsp of ground flaxseed
    1/4 cup fresh tomato
    1/4 cup frozen broccoli
    1 cup filtered water

Directions

put all in a blender or nutribullet...I used frozen strawberries also but you can add ice for a colder drink. Blend, drink and enjoy. Like I said it tastes like a blended salad and you MUST like the taste of garlic....if not omit it. ENJOY!
