Chia Hemp Power Pudding

Ingredients

    4 TBS Chia Seeds
    1/2 Cup Shelled Hemp Seeds
    1 Cup Water
    1 tsp Vanilla (or can use vanilla extract)
    1 TBS agave Syrup (or honey)

Tips

This will keep nicely in the fridge for a few days.


Directions

Empty chia seeds into a bowl. Blend the Hemp seeds, water and vanilla in a high speed blender till very smooth and creamy. Pour over the chia seeds. At first, they'll simply swim around in the liquid. Stir every minute for 10-15 minutes and the chia seeds will plump up and it will be ready to eat. Enjoy!
