Salmon Salad

Introduction

I use this in place of Tuna Salad because it is higher in omega 3 and has a lighter taste that I prefer I use this in place of Tuna Salad because it is higher in omega 3 and has a lighter taste that I prefer
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    1 can of Salmon
    1 hard boil egg chopped
    1 tbsp of sweet pickle relish
    2 tbsp (or to desired constancy ) mayonnaise

Directions

drain salmon
put in bowl and mash well to brake up and mix in bones
add chopped egg, pickle relish and mayonnaise to salmon and mix well.
chill and use with bread for sandwiches or eat on crackers
