Peeled Green wheat, 0.5 cup soak over night till it is soft - rinsing a few times in between and finally before preparation.
Fresh, tender, green Chick Peas, 0.5 cup peeled from the pod - these are low in carb but, nutritional info is calculated with cooked regular 1/2 cup garbanzo beans/chick peas.
Dried Goji Berries w/ pomegranate, 28 gram
*Raisins, golden seedless, .2 cup (not packed) to your taste.
Red Ripe Tomatoes, 10 cherry cut up fine.
Mrs. Leonard's Light Italian Dressing, 2 tbsp (I toss the oil out - fat would be less than one stated on the nutritional info) .
Stone gound mustard, 1 tsp
extra virgin Olive Oil, 1 1tsp
Scallions, raw, 1 medium, chopped fine.
Cilantro, raw, 3 tbsp chopped fine
Green Peppers chopped fine 2 tbsp
Yellow Peppers, 3 strips chopped fine. Use Red if using corn on the cob.
Walnuts .5ozs.- chopped fine 7 halves (pecans can be used too)
Fresh tender corn cut off from 1 cob. ( not included in the nutritional info)
