Introduction

Ingredients

    -4 cups Romaine lettuce
    -10 cherry tomatoes
    -1/3 cucumber with skin
    -0.5 oz unsalted sunflower seeds
    -0.5 boneless, skinless chicken breast
    -4 TBSP Fat Free Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing

Directions

1. Cook chicken until done, cube.
2. Toss greens, tomatoes, cucumber, sunflower seeds, chicken and Ranch dressing.

This salad is great and is so versatile! You can add any kind of veggies you want. The warmth of the chicken makes this salad taste great, but it also tastes fantastic cold!
