    *Soy Sauce - TJ's Reduced Sodium Soy Sauce - 1 Tablespoon - Product of Japan, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 1 cup (remove)
    Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 6 large (remove)
    Celery, raw, 2 stalk, small (5" long) (remove)
    Onions, raw, .35 cup, chopped (remove)
    *Stir Fry Vegies with Edamame, 0.75 cup (remove)
    *Garlic Powder, 1 tsp (remove)
    *Onion Powder, 1 tsp (remove)
    *Ginger, Ground = .5 tsp, 0.5 tsp (remove)
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp (remove)
    Mrs. Dash (R) Original Blend, 0.25 tsp (remove)
    *Knorr Classic Brown Gravy, 1 cup (remove)
    Cheddar Cheese, .5 cup, shredded (remove)

Directions

Spray pam on cassorole, pie dish.

Slice & diced onions and celery
Mix all ingredients together then put in dish bake at 350 for 50 mins.

Cut into six pieces and serve with brown rice and gravy about .15 of a cup
