Asparagus, Oven Roasted

Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 lb fresh Asparagus, 480 grams
    2 cloves Garlic, minced
    2 tbsp Olive Oil
    Sea Salt
    Freshly ground Pepper


Tips

If you don't use zip locks, then simply add the oil to your roasting pan and roll the asparagus around in the oil to well-coat... then sprinkle the garlic, salt & pepper on the spears before roasting.


Directions

Snap the tough ends from 1 lb fresh asparagus, put 'em in a ziplock, pour 2 tbls olive oil, 2 minced garlic cloves... gently toss the bag 'til spears are well-coated.

Lay out the spears in a single layer in a roasting pan, sprinkle w/ freshly ground sea salt & black pepper, roast for 8-10 min (depending on how thin your spears are) @400F.

Serving Size: Makes 4 (120 gram) servings
