Introduction

Ingredients

    700gm black beans (Njahe), cooked & frozen
    1c cow peas, cooked & frozen
    1c corn, cooked & frozen
    1/2 small onion.
    1/4c tomato paste
    Water, salt, Pepper & herb de provence

Directions

you take the frozen food and put it in the pot. add spices, cubed onion and 1 c of water. Bring to a boil and then simmer for 15 minutes. Add spices as liked. Add water if you like it more soupy
