    13 raw shrimp, chopped
    1/3 c dry bulgur, cooked according to package
    1 oz goat cheese
    5 mushrooms sliced

Directions

Mix all ingredients into the same pot bulgur was cooked in, making sure shrimp cooks in the heat. Serves 1
