Dannon Light & Fit Raspberry Yogurt - 4 oz.
Banana - 1 large, cut-up
8th Continent Light Vanilla Soy Milk - 1/2 cup
Tropicana Healthy Heart w/Omega 3 - 1/2 cup
4 ice cubes
Pour soy milk and juice into blender.
Cut banana and put in blender with yogurt.
Place ice cubes in blender.
Blend until smooth and pour into 32 ounce cup.
Can divide into more servings, if desired, for fewer calories per serving. Recipe calculated for one 32 ounce serving.
