Apple Rice Salad

Introduction

Like a waldorf salad, but with rice. Delicious and full of fiber! Like a waldorf salad, but with rice. Delicious and full of fiber!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 Orange Crème Yogurt, 6 oz,
    1/2 cup Kraft Miracle Whip Light Dressing
    3 cups Basmati Rice, cooked
    2 Apples, (medium), chopped
    1 cup Celery, raw, diced
    3/4 Pecans, coarsely chopped and toasted
    3/4 Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins)

Tips

Let rice cool before blending.


Directions

Combine yogurt and salad dressing in a large mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients, mixing well. Serve immediately or chill before serving. Refrigerate any leftovers.

Serving Size: makes 6 - 1 cup servings
