Yummy! Yummy! I cut the cauliflower small added freshgarlic, garlic powder, evoo and a small bit of kosher salt close to the end of cooking. Baked for approx. 30-35 minutes at 425. Cauliflower took on more flavor as it browned. It did not become mushy. It tastes great! Wonderful recipe. :-) - 4/19/10

This was the first cauliflower recipe I ever made. I had to find a recipe to use all the cauliflower we get from our co-op that I usually let go to waste because I didn't know what to do with it and I don't like it raw. We all liked it and will cook it again. It was very easy. - 10/9/08

I also used 1 tablespoon of olive oil and added fresh grated garlic towards the end. It was really tasty and I'll definitely make it again - although I'll use 2 tablespoons of olive oil next time. - 3/29/11

Yum!! I followed the recommendations in the comments and cut it a little smaller, roasted it a little longer. I mixed mine with whole wheat penne rigate and shredded parmesan for an entree instead of a side, and it was DELICIOUS! - 4/10/10

  • For me this was just okay. I wound up burning it a little bit even at the time posted here. I will probably try this again at a lower heat for more time so it's a little more tender as mine was too crisp for cooked cauliflower. - 6/14/13
