Ingredients

    *Squash, winter, acorn, raw, 1 squash (4 inch dia) (remove)
    Zucchini, 1 cup, sliced (remove)
    *Summer Squash, 1 cup, sliced (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, sliced (remove)
    *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, .5 tbsp (remove)
    Butter, unsalted, 1 tbsp (remove)
    *Ortega green chilies whole mild, 1 oz (remove)

Directions

slice and chop all vegies, put oil and butter in pan melt, toss in veggies cover over med heat until tender stirring occasionally.
