Chili Spagetti

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 lb ground beef, 1lb lean turkey
    1 small yellow onion, 2 cloves garlic minced
    1 green pepper, 4 cans whole tomatoes
    1 can tomato sauce, 1 can kidney beans
    1 12 oz package whole wheat pasta
    1/4 cup fresh parsley, 1 tsp marjoram, 2 tbsp chili powder, 1 tsp dried oregano, 2 tsp salt, 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp red pepper

Directions

Cook beef, turkey. Drain, and add garlic, onion and green pepper. Cook for 5-10 minutes. Add the rest and simmer for 2 hours.
