Broccoli Salad

Ingredients

    4 cups small broccoli florets
    3/4 cup seddless grapes, halved
    1 cup chopped celery
    1 cup raisins
    1/4 cup salted sunflower seed kernels
    1/3 cup light mayonnaise
    1/4 cup plain fat free yogurt
    3 Tbsp sugar
    1 Tbsp white vinegar

Directions

Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl.

Combine mayonnaise and remaining ingredients, stirring with a whisk. Pour dressing over broccoli mixture, and toss well. Chill at least 1 hour.

Yield: 8 servings (serving size: about 1 cup)
