Ingredients

    0.5 cup margarine
    1 banana mashed
    0.25 cup applesauce
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    0.5 cup sugar
    1 cup flour
    0.25 tsp salt
    1 tsp baking powder
    2.5 cups oats
    0.25 cup shredded coconut
    1 cup chopped nuts of choice
    0.5 cup dried fruit of choice

Directions

-Preheat oven to 350F/Gas Mark 4/ 180C

-Mix margarine, banana, applesauce, vanilla and sugar.

-Add flour, salt, baking powder, oats, nuts, dried fruit and shredded coconut.

-Spoon mixture onto baking sheet.

-Bake for 15-20 minutes
