Ingredients

    1/2 cup Olive Oil
    1/3 cup Walnuts
    1/3 cup grated Parmesan
    3 Garlic Cloves
    Salt and Pepper to taste

Tips


This great for making salad dressing or mixing into vegetables or pasta.


Directions

Using a food processor, combine the basil in with the walnuts, . Then add the garlic and pulse a few times more to incorporate. Then slowly add the olive oil in as the food processor is running. Finally, add the grated cheese and pulse again until blended. Add a pinch of salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
