lonestar spicy spinach artichoke dip

Ingredients

    Cream Cheese, 16 oz
    Half and Half Cream, .75 cup
    Onions, raw, 1 tbsp chopped
    Pepper, red or cayenne, .25 tsp
    Garlic, 1 clove
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, .5 cup
    Monterey Jack Cheese, 6 oz
    Artichokes, frozen, 14 oz
    Spinach, fresh,10 oz

Directions

Microwave Spinach in 1/4 cup of water covered for about 7 minutes, squeze out as much water as possible

Combine the cream cheese and half-and-half in a bowl until well blended. Add the remaining ingredients and stir well. Pour the mixture into A baking dish and bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until it's bubbly.
Serve with crackers, bread sticks, or warm tortillas
