Ingredients

    15 oz can chickpeas (garbanzo beans), rinsed and drained
    1/3 cup light mayo
    1 1/2 celery stalks, diced
    1/2 tsp onion powder
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1/8 tsp salt
    1/8 tsp pepper

Directions

Mash chickpeas in large bowl with a potato masher or a fork. Stir in remaining ingredients. Store leftovers in refrigerator for up to a week.
