Hamburger Casserole

Ingredients

    2 lbs of hamburger
    6 cups of rice, prepared
    2 cans of cream of mushroom soup
    2 cans of green beans, drained
    1 cup of skim milk
    1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese (optional, but included in nutritional information)

Directions

Put rice on to cook if it's not already. (Follow package instructions). While it's cooking, brown and drain the ground beef. Next, mix all the ingredients in a large pot and heat over medium heat until served. Makes approximately 15 10-cup servings
