Introduction

Healthy, eggless and reduced fat -- delicious, and low cal! I made them larger, but the recipe can easily make 48 cookies, which would make them 105 calories per cookie! Ingredients



    Whole Wheat Flour, organic, 1.5 cup
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
    Butter, organic, .5 cup
    Applesauce, unsweetened organic, .5 cup
    Granulated cane juice crystals, organic (Sucanat), 1 cup
    Peanut Butter, Organic Creamy, 3 tbsp
    Vanilla Extract, 1.5 tsp
    Walnuts, organic, 1 cup, chopped
    Rolled Oats, organic, 1 cup
    Chocolate Chips, Organic Semi-Sweet, 1 cup
    Raisins, organic, 1 cup

Tips

Cooking time is 15-25 minutes.


Directions

1. In a small bowl mix flour, baking soda and cinnamon.
2. In a large bowl beat all "wet ingredients (butter through vanilla extract)
3. Mix together and fold in oats, chocolate chips and raisins.
4. Cover batter and refrigerate for 1 hr.
5. Preheat over to 375 degrees
6. Grease baking sheets.
7. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto baking sheets, then flatten slightly.
8. Bake cookies until golden brown.
9. Remove from oven. Transfer to wire racks to cool.

Serving Size: Makes 36 large cookies
