Black Bean Soup

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 cans black beans (drain and rinse)
    1 can refried beans
    half an onion
    1 red pepper
    2 cloves garlic
    cilantro to taste
    1 32 oz container of veg stock
    lime juice

Directions

Chop veggies and saute. add the rest of ingredients and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.

Serving Size: makes about 6 servings
