Baked Lemon Chicken

Number of Servings: 4


    4 skinless, boneless chicken
    1/3 cup Lemon Juice
    1/2 Butter
    1 tsp Garlic Powder
    1/2 tsp Salt
    1/4 Black Pepper


If you like your chicken really moist, let the chicken marinate in the butter and lemon juice mixture for 4 to 5 hours before cooking.


1. Pre-heat over to 350 degrees.
2. Melt Butter in a bowl.
3. Combine add Lemon Juice, Garlic Powder, Salt and Pepper to melt butter and stir well.
4. Clean chicken and lay in a cooking dish.
5. Spoon butter and lemon juice over chicken until gone.
6. Bake chicken for 1 hours, basting every 10 to 20 minutes.
