4 lean center cut pork chops 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 cup uncooked rice 3 cups of water
Serves 4. Brown the pork chops in a heavy skillet. In a bowl combine soup and 1 cup of water until smooth. Pour the soup and water over the chops. Sprinkle the rice on top. Bring the soupy water to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes. Serve with your favorite green.
