Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    grape seed oil, 2 tbsp
    Mushrooms, fresh, 2.0 cup pieces
    Raw White Onion (Serving = 1 medium Onion), 1 serving
    Cabbage, fresh, 4 cup, chopped
    Annie's Naturals Organic Worcestershire Sauce, 4 Tbsp,
    Water, tap, 2 fl oz
    Garlic, 1 tsp
    Birrittella's Whole Wheat Pizza Dough (2 oz), 8 serving
    Salt, to taste
    Pepper, black, 2 tbsp
    1/4 cup whole wheat flour

Tips

Serve with spicy mustard and sea salt chips


Directions

Chop Mushrooms, cabbage and onion
Mince Garlic
Put in frying pan, adding oil, water and Worcestershire sauce
Cook on medium high heat till hot - lid pan and reduce to low.
Flour clean cutting board or counter
Cut bread into four sections -
Roll each section out using flour to not stick
Put 1/4 mixture into dough - wrap
Bake on 350 for 30 minutes
