Roasted Red Pepper & Garlic Hummus

Ingredients

    1 Can Garbanzo/Chick Peas Drained
    3/4 - 1 tsp Garlic Paste
    1/2 Jar Roasted Red Peppers (12oz Jar)
    1/4 Cup Tahini Paste
    1-2 tsp Diced Pickled Jalapeno
    4 tbsp. Light Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1/2 Lemon Juice from fresh small lemon

Directions

Drain and place garbanzo/chick peas in food processor process quickly just to break them up a little. Add garlic, red peppers, tahini paste and jalapenos. Process until almost smooth. Drizzle olive oil in and continue processing until smooth add lemon juice last few seconds of processing.

Serving Size: Make approximately 8 1/4 cup servings
