Introduction

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    3 whole chicken Breasts
    3 garlic cloves minced
    1 12 oz can petite chopped tomatoes
    1 Red Bell Pepper
    6 tbsp. or .25 cup of Daist Light Sour cream
    6 tbsp. olive oil
    1 cup Low sodium chicken broth

Directions

Clean and flatten chicken breasts and cut into cubes.
In a large skillet heat olive oil and brown garlic and then add chicken. Add can of tomatoes and 1 chopped red bell pepper.
Add 1 cup of ls chicken broth and heat til hot then add light sour cream. Cook til chicken and peppers are tender and add salt and cracked pepper to taste.

Serving Size: makes 6 1 cup servings
