Ingredients


    *Perdue, Lean Ground Turkey, 16 oz (remove)
    natures promise organic dark kidney beans, 3.5 serving (remove)
    Birds Eye Sweet kernal corn yellow, 5 serving (remove)
    Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, .5 cup (remove)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1.5 cup, chopped (remove)
    tomato diced
    Garlic, .25 cup (remove)
    lettuce
    cheddar cheese
    taco shells or tortilla chips


Tips

flour tortillas can be toasted used as a topping


Directions

sautee onions, garlic, red and green peppers
add ground turkey till browned
add beans, corn and tomato
*add paprika, oregano
cook over med heat for an additional 10 minutes
put over a bed of lettuce, crumble tortilla chips and cheese on top.
or put in taco shells add lettuce and cheese
