Delicious Seafood Supper

Ingredients

150 grms fresh chinese noodles
300 grms pre-cooked frozen shrimp
150 grms frozen scallops
2 cups chopped broccoli
2 tsp minced garlic
1 cup chopped fresh mushrooms
2 packets of chicken flavored bouillion
3 tbsps chopped chives
1/4 cup cornstarch mixed with a liitle cold water
Directions
steam broccoli, and boil noodles. Meanwhile, in a saute pan, sprayed with non-stick spray, toss in remaining ingredients, except for the bouillion and cornstarch. Cook just until scallops and mushrooms are cooked. Do not over cook.
Do not drain. Now, add about a cup of water, maybe slightly less. Also add the bouillion. Let it heat through, then add the cornstarch. When the juice has thickened, toss in the noodles and broccoli. Toss and serve. Serves 2 large portions.
