Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 lb. ground turkey (Jennie-O)
    4 cups Normandy mixed vegetables
    1 cup diced tomatoes
    1 cup chicken broth
    1 clove garlic
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon pepper

Tips

Serve over rice if you prefer!


Directions

Brown the ground turkey and add chopped onion and garlic and cook until carmelized. Add about 4 cups frozen Normandy mixed vegetables and 1 can diced tomatoes. Next add 1 cup chicken broth, salt and pepper. Cook until vegetables are tender and serve!
