Introduction

Some quick, healthy, delicious popsicles that are perfect for the kids and summer. (My 8 yr old was shocked that there was no sugar. She said it was so sweet that she couldn't believe we didn't add any sugar.) Some quick, healthy, delicious popsicles that are perfect for the kids and summer. Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    Oranges, 2 fruit (2-5/8" dia)
    Banana, fresh, 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)
    Pineapple, fresh, .25 fruit
    Lime Juice, 1 lime yields

Directions

Throw it all in the blender and blend it up until smooth. Pour into ice cube tray or whatever you have to make popsicles. Freeze and enjoy!

Serving Size: Makes 12 ice cube size popsicles
