1 Tbls Oil
300g packet Sanitarium Soy Sausages
1 medium onion
1 clove of garlic
2 cups sliced mushrooms
410g can tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cup water
2 tbls tomato paste
1 tsp sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tbls fresh chopped basil
This recipe is also suitable for vegans. It's a good source of Phytoestrogens - excellent source of B12 - source of iron - good source of dietary fibre- Rich source of protein. No cholesterol - no preservatives - no artificial colours - no added MSG.
2. Add onion and garlic and saute until soft.
3. Add mushrooms and saute for 1 minute.
4. Stir through remaining ingredients,except basil and simmer for 5 minutes.
5. Add sausages and basil and heat through. Serve with Rice.
