Napa salad

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 head napa cabbage
    1 bunch green onions
    1 package ramen noodles
    1/3 cup cider vinegar
    1/3 cup sugar
    1/3 cup oil + 1 TBSP for browning ramen
    3 or 4 shakes of soy sauce


Tips

Watch the ramen noodles. When they start to brown they brown fast.


Directions

Put liquid ingredients and sugar in a separate container and set aside until ready to serve.

Crush ramen noodles and brown in a little oil. After browned sprinkle season package and set aside to cool.

Chop cabbage then put cooled noodles on top.

When ready to serve put dressing on and toss.


Serving Size: makes approx 8 servings
