My Pesto

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2/3 c basil leaves (chopped)
    1/3 c grated parmesan
    1/3 c olive oil
    2 T pine nuts
    1/2 t salt
    1/8 t pepper
    1 clove garlic
    10 oz uncooked whole wheat spaghetti

Directions

Cook spaghetti according to directions. Place all other ingredients in a blender and blend until it is a uniform consistency. Toss with spaghetti and butter to coat. Serves 4.
