Colbi's Fruit Smoothie

Introduction

This is also great for making popcicles! This is also great for making popcicles!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 cups Skim Milk
    1 cup frozen berries (or whatever fruit you prefer)
    1/2 cup Nonfat plain yogurt
    2 Tbsp milled flax seed
    3 Tbsp sugar

    Put in blender in order above and blend. This is also great for making popcicles.
