Introduction

Salad in a Sandwich! Salad in a Sandwich!

Ingredients

    bread (your choice)
    cream cheese
    lettuce
    onion
    cucumber
    tomato
    optional veggies of your choice

Directions

cut bread in half ;
spread cream cheese on one or both halves of bread;
layer veggies

I grew up with this as a kid! I love the combination and hope you will too. You can make this sandwich your own by substituting everything from the bread to the veggies; including additional veggies such as green bell pepper, mushrooms, etc.
