Jennifer's Morning Smoothie



Introduction

This is my high fiber, high anti-oxidant morning smoothie. Tastes great! This is my high fiber, high anti-oxidant morning smoothie. Tastes great!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    6-8 oz Water
    1/2 scoop Spiru-Tein High Protein Energy Meal, Banana
    1Tbsp coconut flake, unsweetened
    2 Tbsp Oat Bran
    2 Tbsp Dr. Udo's 3-6-9
    1 packet Reds Pak (by Trace Minerals)
    1 packet Greens Pak (by Trace Minerals)
    1 Tbsp White Chia Seed Meal (by Now)
    1 Tbsp Cinnamon, ground
    1/4 or 1/2 cup Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened)

Tips

You can also add some banana, but add more water because the Spiru-Tein is rather thick.


Directions

Throw it all in a blender and blend well.

Serving Size: Makes 1 smothie (about 12-14 oz).
