Nectarine and Raspberry Ice Cream

Introduction

My sister Mimi likes to make ice cream in the summer. My sister Mimi likes to make ice cream in the summer.
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    7 Nectarines cut up and off the stone.
    1/2 c. Raspberries
    2 c. Granulated Sugar
    2 c. Half and Half

Tips

Any fruit can be made into ice cream or sorbet if you like that better.


Directions

Blend in a blender until smooth the fruit and sugar. Add to the ice cream machine with the Half and Half. Mix well, then freeze as the instructions say to.

Serving Size: Makes two quarts so it is 16 1/2 cup servings.
