    Bread, 4 serving
    Egg, fresh, whole, hard-boiled and cooled, 1 large
    Egg Whites, poached and cooled, 1/4 cup
    Hellmann's Half Fat mayonnaise, 1 tbsp


Chop the egg and eggwhites together, stir in the mayo and garnish. Make 2 sandwiches.

Serving Size: Makes 2 sandwiches.
