Asian Chicken and Rice

Introduction

Start with fresh or with leftovers! Start with fresh or with leftovers!

Ingredients

    For single serving:
    Chicken breast without skin or bone
    1/2 cup rice of choice, cooked
    1 cup green beans, slightly cooked
    1 tbsp Asian Sesame Ginger Dressing
    Slivered Almonds
    1 tbsp Olive Oil
    Salt/Pepper

Directions

Heat oil in fry pan at medium heat, add salt and pepper to chicken and add to pan. Cook until done then slice into small bite sized pieces and add back to pan. Stir in cooked rice and green beans. Stir in asian dressing until combined and warmed. Serve and sprinkle with almonds.
Can add additional items of choice, bell pepper, onion, etc.
