Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    5 large Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1043 grams
    Celery, raw, 2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long)
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    NoSalt, Sodium Free Salt Alternative, 0.25 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 dash
    Basil, 1 tbsp
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 100 grams

Tips

The next time I make this I will peel the Tomatoes and the Peppers first.


Directions

Use waterless cookware. Chop tomatoes, celery, onions, green peppers. Put into saucepan. Add spices. Simmer about 60 minutes or until vegetables are cooked. Use immersion Blender to puree.

Serving Size: 4 servings of 1 cup each
