Delicious high protein pancake with granola, and blueberries Delicious high protein pancake with granola, and blueberries
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    Mix milk, eggs, vanilla, and yogurt in a large pourable container. add protein powder, milt-grain pancake mix, then the buckwheat flour mix well. add oil and baking powder, soda to mix stir until mixed in do not over stir. pour on to griddle then add blueberries evenly spaced so they are not to close together, sprinkle granola on top before flipping.

Tips

cook with low heat around 300 degrees


Directions

pour batter on to nonstick griddle evenly place blueberries around pancake carefully not to group them pancakes will not cook thoroughly, sprinkle granola in to pancake cook for about 1-2 minutes until brown, flip and cook for about another 1-2 minutes.

Serving Size: makes 10-12 4-6 inch pancakes
