Honey Cinnamon Tea

Ingredients

    1tbsp Honey
    1tsp Cinnamon
    8 oz Water

Tips

The idea is that you drink this first think in the morning on an empty stomach and last thing at night before you go to bed. The cinnamon heps regulate your blood sugar levels and the combination apparently helps the body in loosing weight!


Directions

Fill a cup with 8oz of water. Add 1 tbsp of Honey and 1tsp of Cinnamon. Don't try to stir them, it won't work! Cover loosely and microwave for 1 1/2 minutes on High (or just until the cinnamon and honey has a "melted" appearance on top).
Enjoy!
