    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1 tablespoon baking powder
    1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
    1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
    1 egg
    2 tablespoons vegetable oil
    1/4 cup raisins
    1/4 cup choppedwalnuts
    1/2 cup low-fat milk
    1(8ounce)can crushed pineapple
    1 1/2 cups gratedcarrots
    1/4 cup brown sugar(Sugar Twin

Directions

Directions
1Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl.
2Add the remaining ingredients and stir to blend.
3Spoon into sprayed muffin tins or paper muffin cups.
4Bake at 350 F for 20 to 25 minutes.
