Pork Gyro Salad

Introduction

A fantastic salad for a hot summer day! Make ahead of time. A fantastic salad for a hot summer day! Make ahead of time.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    6 center cut pork chops oven roasted with greek seasonings
    1 red onion french cut
    3 diced cucumbers
    3 tsp. of lemon juice
    1/4 c mayonnaise
    1/4 c greek yogurt
    2 tbsp. dill weed

Directions

Bake chops at 350 for 15 minutes on each side seasoning them with greek seasoning on each side. Once they are done dice them and let them cool. Mix together mayo, lemon juice, greek yogurt, and dill weed. Set aside. Once meat is cool combine the meat and veggies. Once that is combined mix in the dressing! Enjoy! This only gets better if it is allowed to sit in fridge and marinate!!
